Three things for a living

The three things I would be sure of surviving my entire life upon would be pizzas, rice and milk, what else does one need to survive, these three things include junk food for pastime, nutritional food and food on the go which is milk, as milk is a complete food and it is being used by humans since ages and man can survive on it for maximum amount of time. Pizzas are my favourite hence I cannot live without them, may be not nutritional but eating the same food every day is not what I am used to, so pizzas are the lifesavers for me if it was to survive on pizzas only, I would volunteer for that too.

Beauties of life

The most beautiful image i have seen till date, was the morning sunrise in Kashmir valley, the birds chirping, the valley depth was a ‘one of a kind’ view I had ever seen. The melting ice flowing in the valley was beautiful, I had caught it on my camera and have framed it in my room. The best place I visited till now was Kashmir, the one thing that fascinated me there was the snowfall because I was from a place where there was no sign of snow. Not only this, the small taxi cabs looked like a toy to be brought home. The roads had ups and downs as we toured the city though it was summer there was always fog around, we were around 10000 feet above sea level. The best thing I have even seen in my life was the sunburn festival in goa, how people jive on trance music was indeed new to me, I didn’t find it so interesting at first but when it was the day of the festival, the decoration, the arrangement, the crowd was full of energy. It was memorable for me as I still remember my first sight on the stage when one of the world’s top DJ was playing on the deck.

Turn things in my favour

Everyone wishes to win a lottery ticket, everyone wants to earn in the shortest possible time and as much as possible. Lotteries are one of these shortcuts, if I was to win a lottery first thing I would do is quit my job, as I don’t like anyone bossing me around. Then start a small business of import and export or may be open my own bar and restaurant, cause pubs and bars are the only places where one can get cent per cent profit. Whenever I get some money the first thought I get always is, can I double it in any way? Neither will I invest all of my money in restaurants nor in investment schemes. For time being if I was in confusion and the amount was too much I would rather keep it and think over for a while of what to do with it.

Family customs and traditions

One tradition I would like to pass on to my next generation is our famous cultural dish, Dal-pakwan to be precise. It is neither well known nor famous as its perfect recipe is only within our culture. Many people have tried to imitate it by copying its taste but even till today no one yet has the perfect taste except us. This is one thing our religion feels proud about, this dish has been passed from generation to generation starting from our great great grandparents and will be carried on to future generations. This dish is the most common breakfast and lunch in our family easy to make as almost everyone has a good grip on this dish and can make it within an hour or the shortest time possible depending on our need of taste and spices.
