Laughter that is me

To be the laughter, to be the giggle, to be that belly roar in each and everyone, oh! What a wonder – if only that I could be. Always with everyone, moving people, helping them bond, move across the world and have everyone join in the same song.  To be a little child’s sweet gurgling delight, with dimples, look beyond the face, skin and pimples to the pearly whites.  “All’s well” with the world be proclaimed and one of the most profound but simplest riches of the world be your and my treasure forever to stay.

If I could have anything in the world ,

What a day if I could have anything in the word. Would it be a 10 million dollar lottery or a never ending flow of riches… nay , a never ending flow of joy , peace , laughter , hope and love and health , that’s what I want. And to be of use and a giver , not a taker , to spread joy and cheer , where my presence brings comfort to the hardened of hearts and they too hear of God’s love and his loving call to come back home , break all walls. That’s what I’d want, and may you too.

What freedom means to me

Value lies in the eyes of the beholder. To me what is most important is freedom. Freedom over one’s life and its choices, while some say is a birthright, isn’t really available to all. There are people forced to adapt, or live as is necessary or as they see. To be free in the truest sense is total separation of the sense of self from the body, mind and soul. It is to be the one controlling and not the one being controlled. Freedom from consequences of our actions , freedom from this cycle of birth and death, that means a lot to me.

Happy Amalgamated Holiday

It is a rare that one gets a chance to go on a long holiday. And that too with friends and family. Well, my company is being amalgamated and since I am no longer going to be in the same role, I have been asked to take 2 months off and in the meanwhile they’ll figure out the structure e and roles. What a chance! The kids have summer holidays too – so we are all going to go on a world nature tour – a trek in the mountains, a stretch on the blue beaches and white sands and then an ocean liner. Then we’ll visit, work and stay on a farm and orchard. An experience of a lifetime.
